Can you make a croissant out of fabric? No, but the lamination and folding technique comes close: continuous sheets of material are laminated with double-sided adhesive film, cut in tapes and folded into strips, one layer above the other, with millimetre precision. Thus, multilayer folded strips are born, equally irresistible but not edible!
LAMINATION & FOLDING
Lamination and folding are integrated processes designed to create comfortable, smooth and seamless folded stripes. It starts by laminating the tapes to the double-sided strips with laminating machines that combine heat and pressure, ensuring a stable and durable bond. Then, the material is cut in tapes and folded to obtain a finished folded stripes. Elasticity and return? Flexible, like our range of double-sided adhesives, to satisfy any need you may have.
